IhaeAI — Clinical communication for the whole consultation.
IhaeAI is a clinical communication platform built in Australia by a registered pharmacist. Before the consultation, patients explain why they are there and the AI asks clarifying questions, so the clinician starts with a structured summary of what the patient reported. During the consultation, patient and clinician can use a live, visible chat. Afterwards the clinician reviews summaries: a plain-language summary the patient can be sent, and a structured summary for the clinician's own records, with the patient's own words preserved verbatim. IhaeAI works in one shared language or across languages: patients can use 32 languages, the doctor app is available in 29, and translation applies when the two languages differ. It is a communication tool: it does not diagnose, treat, or recommend treatment, and it does not continuously record the consultation. Curated attention prompts draw the clinician's eye to flagged phrases — never a diagnosis or risk score; clinical judgment always stays with the doctor. Session data is deleted when the consultation ends.
